I'm new to this, being out of the car game for over a decade. But from my research, people aren't spending much bread on maintaining Lexus models even after they've exceeded 100K. And what creature comforts are missing from these 2009 models? They have blueooth, heated seats, satellite/gps, etc.

2009 models don't have bluetooth. They have voice bluetooth but no streaming. Hell there's Lexus floating around on a million miles

That's the reason I want it. A fresh, clean and timeless design that'll last me 5 years before I buy a brand new whip. I don't care that it's 9 years old. It'll still have heads on swivel.

Take your 10k and look at an Acura TL..

You can get a 2012 with about 70k miles for 10k, and they're just as dependable..

Try to stay away from the technology package.. They're hit or miss with the problems..

Because I don't see the point in spending $40-50gs on a car when I can buy a clean whip for $10gs whose dependability is unmatched and the value of which will see me enjoy at least another 100K miles without significant maintenance expenses. You're acting like a 9 year old Lexus is a beater whip and wouldn't look nice against most vehicles out here.
