I never denied that the USA has been involved in corrupt immoral shyt, my "moral goggles" is not based USA's standard, their support for Israel is enough to have me question their commitment to true morality alone.
That being said, the situation here has improved for blacks, still ain't perfect and a lot of discrimination exists, but you would be a fool to consider the plight of African Americans today to be as bad as it was 60 years ago. On the other hand I know several Libyan families who had to flee prior to Gaddafi being overthrown, this because their family were persecuted for voicing their opinions there. At least nowadays in America you can be critical of the government without worrying about being killed for it. However the USA is a nation of corruption, hypocrisy and discrimination, and as I said I am not considering the USA as the beacon of morality. Stop making false presumptions breh.
1. I've read the reports( big names) on what he did for his country and the people. Youtube video did nothing of the such cause I myself jumped to conclusions too on Gaddafi until I read about all the stuff he did for Libya.
2. He didn't acknowledge lockerbie( no proof he did it). He paid the families because of the massive sanctions that were crushing his nation to a 3rd world country is the reason he did it. The U.S. finally lifted those after that.
3. Still no proof today, the lockerbie was ever attacked by Gaddafi who had nothing to gain from it.

How about I flip it on you, and ask you to prove why Gaddafi would be any better than the other Arab oil monarchs, who have also done a lot of reform for their countries, using their wealth to provide the people with free education and healthcare, funding marriages, providing housing with interest free loans etc.?
Do you consider those Arab oil monarchs as good people too for their reforms in their country? ALL were opposed to Gaddafi and funded/aided with his removal.
