Lol. Everyone pays property taxes even if you own the land and the house. I got a cousin who built a house in PA back in the 90's still pays them but it's still worth it because for as nice as the house is, he owns a shyt load of land to the point where he sold a few plots for smaller houses in the area. But Boosie still has a nice home and land and he owns it and that's cool.

State/Federal/Sales/Etc tax should cover that..... property tax for schooling is actually outdated and based on racist principles.... there is no need for a government entitty to tax land that I own and purchased... You're the one that sounds foolish actually.

Some states don’t have sales tax or have low sales tax. Some don’t have income tax and the states that do that make up for it via higher property taxes
