Lol that was one of the worst shows on Nickelodeon back then, it was so bad every episode was heavily edited before airing that's why you can see so much fast forwarding .

Sometimes in movies when scenes have been edited out they'll use sound effects that suddenly change to the next scene.

Kinda unrelated to this but for instance if anybody has seen Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Myers and noticed the random "thick knife cutting" sounds going into the next scene or the momentarily black screen etc you'll know where I'm getting at.
