I think your frustration comes from a lack of black films in general with the only option being Tyler who directs soap opera type dramas, friend.

but hes not the only option...there are plenty of other black directors...one just one an oscar sunday.

tyler perry does other movies besides madea...i looked it up...so far hes done 18 movies (2 coming out this year too)...only 8 of them have been madea movies...so more than half of his catalog nikkas ignore to complain about madea.....

Thats something i dont like in black films friend. When i realized they wasted 10 minutes of the movie on what can best be described as a music video.

what other black directors, tim story, malcolm lee, spike, robert townsend, who else??? the madea shyt prevalent everytime i see this clown ass nikka in the movie he dressed in madea, its bullshyt.
madeas christmas special, madeas witness protection. etc, it reminds me of a clown.
