None of those fools ready to start especially on a team like Cleveland. They have nothing in place to support a rookie QB. Flacco atleast kept the Colts afloat when AR got hurt, and I think thats what the browns are hoping for. Im pretty sure Flacco is QB1.

Ideally you don't want 40 year old Flacco as the starter going into the season, but serving as the guy that knows the system and can easily step in for a couple games. I think Stefanski has the ego to believe he can revive Pickett's career like the other QB whisper coaches and he did with Keenam. You also could have the possibility that one of the rookie QBs pops and shows out during camp, but most likely I think one ends up on the practice squad

This might be this best situation. He definitely should come in more humble and hungry. Hopefully they plan on just making him sit and learn and work out the kinks and not even contest s a starter in the 1st season.

Keep Deion out the facilities.
Get him a veteran qb mentor that's solely for him.
