Jay couldn't release a double disk greatest hits album? :childplease: :foh: :comeonson:

Dog, not greatest hits. Billboard charting monster pop hits. I won't list em. Google em. JZ has alot of dope sobgs but he only has s handful of smash hits.

I dont care whether LL Cool J got longevity, I'd take Cormega over him too.

What monster pop hits does LL have outside of Head sprung and All I have with J Lo :comeon:

You're making it seem like LL catalog is full of "In the club", "Hot in here" type hits breh...

LL Cool J • Top Songs as Writer; Music VF, US & UK hits charts

Laziness is preventing me from organizing this further but read through the list and recognize that dude has been through every phase of Hip Hop and he still here. If you are not old enough to relate then that's fine. Now's a chance to learn.

:myman: for the link, that site is dope, bout to look up the chart history of other artists I listen too :win:

And I'm not by any means a LL hater, I made a thread on here a few days saying dude has the GOAT posse cuts on his album.

LL is a great lyricist and his longevity is to be respected, I'm actually looking forward to the new album he's dropping and that "take it" track with Joe is dope.

Every single one of these tracks were HUGE club bangers and/or crossover hits.

@Hiphopfan456

so why speak down on something that you dont know about?

I knew of some songs from that era such as Coolio's "gangsta paradise" and Pac's "Keep your head up" which are timeless classics, that poster made it seem like LL's "hits" where classics like the two songs I mentioned. :manny:

And was full of songs that were #1 on the billboard charts.

I plus I never had a chance to check out a LL concert on YT to see all the hits he has pre 96 :ehh:

Especially since dude said LL "hit single" catalog is much better than Jay's, from looking at that site Ghost linked up Jay's singles seemed to have charted higher than most of LL singles.

But yea, you're right, I shouldn't have spoke on the subject since I'm not that familiar with LL's catalog pre 96.

At the last job I had a lot of people do that to me and it wasn't fun :birdman: :pacspit:

I'm glad you addressed me on that, I wish more people would question ones creditability on certain subjects.
