Main gripe with Banks are so many of his songs sound too similar to eachother. Mainly the way he structures his tracks. Also think his delivery and tone can get redundant but lyrically he fire.

Banks can't miss if he tried. This is not as raw as the Halloween series, but more polished and personal but at the same time still has Banks sound.

Banks is the definition of evolution without compromise.grown man bars. no gimmicks, no trend-chasing. just razor sharp pen and cold delivery over grimey beats.

He's less punch heavy than the 00's but I did catch "putting these words together like apostrophes" on Pick and Choose

Fair enough. There might be a couple on here, but you know what I mean. Dude used to have more punches on one 16 than he has on this entire hour long project.

Album sounds like it came straight out the 90s

He spittin on here… definitely 1 of his better produced projects recently too

All the features did their thing

He isn’t as punchline heavy anymore but the wordplay is there

didnt expect this to be as good as FNO and its not but it does the series justice and is my favorite Banks project in years along with HH4. I think I have 2 more songs to go but its a no-skipper.

Banks is on a Nas level run now, with his Course Of Inevitable & Halloween Havoc series and this one. I just wish he expands making music with other producers and the usual features. Otherwise it’s all quality music.

it's crazy too that for the 'punchline king' he basically does zero punchlines anymore. Kind of dope. I respect it a lot. A lot of those punchline rappers from that era never adapted their style, and as much as I enjoyed that era, I think punchline rap is one of the most dated rhyme styles.

What rappers in 2025 are punchline rappers? I'm not being a smart ass. I mean like rappers that do it multiple times per verse.

And I wasn't trying to say that no rappers now use punchlines. I know punchlines have always been a thing and always will be. But I mean like 00's Fab, Banks, Wayne, etc.

I agree w crook
