A couple dope reviews. Coop was kinda overrating it by saying its better than Tana Talk 4 and God Dont Make Mistakes, but they gave all these albums a 4/5.

Those are both better 95% of the beats on COTI2 imo.

No they arent lol. These beats are no better or no worse than COTI2 beats. Yall dont realize Banks likes and goes for a gritty sound.
I bet only a handful of yall actually copped(not streamed) the album but talking about beats.
Those beats are better imo. Secondly, the beats I hate the most are dead roses and Murda one which are two tracks where he’s not going for that gritty sound you like to talk about anyway. And thirdly I actually did buy the album on Apple Music.
You’re talking about gritty sounding beats but you’re missing the point. Benny had an album full of gritty beats on Tana Talk 4 and nobody was complaining about the quality of the beats because alchemist handled the bulk of the production as opposed to cartune beatz.
Also, not trying to hate on the homie cartune because I loved empathy and sidewalks. Hopefully he keeps grinding and becomes more consistent and continues to grow but the difference between the beats on Tana Talk 4 and COTI are night and day.
