the asu guy laying on it is irrelevant. had the wisky team immediately gotten lined up, the onus would be on the refs to get the shyt together. wisky just stood there with their head up their asses, and didnt try to do anything until there was like 3 seconds left. the whole offense was oblivious to the fact that the clock was running

I think the Wisky QB thought the same thing. He ran to the ref saying he was down, instead of running to the line to spike the ball. Crazy..
