So again would RALO be able to do this right here

1. you have employment the past two years and the felony isn't going to end the job-
2. you have a good FICO score
3. you have liquid cash in a checking account that is not at risk from some
judgment or pending legal battle
4. the felony is not for credit fraud, fake social security number or something that triggers fraud alerts on your credit report
5. your ratios are good, and a myriad of Underwriting standards

Don't talk shyt and tuck your tail...the STREETS want to know how they can turn their street money into a damn APARTMENT COMPLEX

Form an LLC... put a few seasoned investors on ya "board" for % of shares

Use their reputations to secure favorable financing .... if not then

Use ya downpayment to either get seller financing or a swing loan with hard money...

You can borrow the downpayment from an investor or use your illict funds

No credit, no job and none of the hurdles you residential investors go through :wow:

this type of bullshyt is why the kids are all fukked up out here. they think there come up is ALL about extra expensive shyt that the average person will never be able to afford.

I get the message. And he can buy a house in the hood and fix it up really good. And maybe others will follow his lead. And put more money in their neighorhood. But in the video he says he will buy their food stamps and stolen clothes. But he's still in an overpriced car that will depreciate in value

But like the above quote, the black community acts like the only way to show your success is to buy an over priced car, jewelry, Gucci, Louis Vuitton. There's nothing wrong with it. But people act like if you're not spending your first big check on a Lamborghini your not successful. Not everyone wants that and its cool if they don't. Like people were criticizing Kendrick Lamar for buying his sister a Toyota for graduation.

My old partner was a drug addict with multiple felonies but he is pulling down
7 figures from commercial real estate ... and he started with no credit/loans/connections

He wouldn't have gotten there if he just sat there eating up whatever some smug piece of sh!t
banker told him.

You have to be resourceful when you put deals together...

Of course shyt like this does happen. Again have we seen Ralo exhibit ANY of the determination that your partner has. No. All we have seen him do since hitting the scene is stunt while acting like he NOT stunting. Man call these dudes out for what they are.
This nikka quoted me 4 times :gucci:
and how many times did you reply with ANY information after trying to disrespect me in your one smug post? :martin:

You make it sound like he's taking a company public or advising on retirement plans

It's just an apartment complex ... there are literally thousands of these waiting for deals

and some of these owners are tired of being landlords or have serious debts

Plus no offense... it's down south :ehh:

You admit it's possible :heh:

I don't follow him like that breh... and you can't really see someone's day to day
so I reserve judgement.

if you don't think he's smart enough because he's a flashy former felon then "ok" :mjpls:

i agree black neighborhoods experience the brain drain similar to africa of the best leaving to whiter places, but the solution would be more middle class black neighborhoods not income mixing neighbors among blacks. i believe that was tried in chicago and didn't work out. income mixing really just brings down middle class to feel the effects of poverty (poor school systems, crime, early sexualization)

ATL - Cleveland Ave.
Nah, trust me, they was strapped down like some bobo's in the state pen.

The heavy set brother with the AF1's on and the beard is a breh I know kinda well actually, wont say his name on here but Ive known dude since 9th grade, and anybody who familiar with the industry in ATL knows him too. Breh been on since the late 90's and his family is super well connected. Both his brothers got killed in a police chase a long while back and I pulled up just to show my respect, didnt even really know the brothers outside of passing really. shyt was like a who's who of westside dopeboys. Everybody from BMF brehs to the Muslims on down to your local breezeway server was there. Thats how much pull they have in the streets round my way.
"Pull" in the streets-- but white folks strolling in gentrifying the West End with reckless abandon. "Oh my Chad! Look at the character!" "The cobblestone sidewalks are simply charming" The new arena will only accelerate the process.
