DLo shot 31% from the field with 12ppg in his first 4 games in summer league and finished with a 15/5/3 with 5TOpg on 38% shooting line because of one good game at the end.
I hope you were on here shytting on DLo for not being able to shoot back then.
Objectively, for what the Lakers need Lonzo to be, he's better than DLo in almost every attribute so far.

A scoring point guard is a team killer.
If your lead guard is more concerned with scoring than being an extension of the coach on the floor you will never have sustained team success.
Unless of course you load up with 3-4 all star level players to go with them (Steph & Kyrie) but most teams can't do that.
Lonzo will remind coaches how much easier having a pass first point guard makes it for the rest of the team and hopefully that bullshyt "combo guard" stuff goes out the window where it belongs.
So steph curry....cp3.....Isaiah Thomas 1 and 2, Mike Conley and vintage Derrick rose were team killers now.....nah b......this flawed thinkin......think GP and Magic killed teams.....no, the best pg's score but also know when to play make.......but scoring is a must because play set up may not always be possible.....they handle the rock most and must be able to score the rock too.....that makes teams great and a pg shooting 10pts per game and under 40% is a team killer......opposing teams need to double nothing on defense or afford to double whatever on defense........the pg has to score

CP3, Conley, Magic are pass first point guards.
Don't try and steal them for your argument.
Rose & IT3 are perfect examples of what I'm saying.
They don't get their teammates involved so when their shots aren't falling, nobody knows what else to do.
Again, YOU CAN'T SUSTAIN SUCCESS that way.
