Today's generation brehs.
Most people are glued to their phones/internet nowadays, they grew up in the mix and know nothing else. Everything seems surface and shiny and only to be taken at face value. But that's just what I see.
Just like that SNL skit about white people a few weeks back.
They're preserving the little identity they have left.
White people, since they're diminishing, are becoming more bold because they feel entitled to speak louder or, ultimately lose it (in essence, making up for lost height, think napoleon complex).

a lot of great shows man with black people, look through your tv guide, good stuff on there. i have 5000 + channels, a lot of great shyt man, i don't even know what to watch.

Reality is what we make it, but people are too busy consuming simple light/social addictions like Pavlov's dog to make anything more of reality. Look at what the asleep masses have built. We are potentially on the cusp of a great movement with the internet, and in some ways, its already started. I guess its what you make of it that counts. But there is alot of potential with this era....escape is a waste.
