LL is a legend, a lesser rapper would have thought twice about going after a prime Canibus. 
I don't know what you're talking about b. I guess you forgot that Canibus and his record label promoted the HELL out of 2KO. They did a video and they were PAYING radio stations to play it. Ripper Strikes Back, on the other hand, was released on a bonus Survival of the Illest cd.

2KO wasn't just a diss track. it was also the lead single. big difference.
The LL diss was hard, Bis's Rip The Jacker diss was also cold though.

canibus lost because he did not really bring it, in the venue where he should have.
which was battling, and 2nd round knockout already had reviews split in the middle when he unveiled it prematurely, before the singles release.
