It's not about which way the state leans politically it's about whether the state generates money or is a taker.

Social programs in Mississippi are completely funded by federal money because Mississippi doesn't make any money. The State Government itself receives welfare from the federal government.

California, on the other hand, collects lots of taxes and thus has additional tax dollars to spend on social programs.

And then the federal tax money collected from Californians gets sent to Mississippi to pay for their corrupt, slavery-apologist, Evolution denying school systems :unimpressed:

You said all this(which I already know) to say that you really can't verify if Cali has more social services than the next state...... regardless of where the bag comes from...

you sounding like cacs in youtube comments

what does liberal politics even mean

this is just pure capitalism, people wanting to move to california because of the weather, entertainment industry, tech industry, drove the cost of living up

welcome to the free market, coming to every american city near you
This forum full of god damn uncle toms

So better to be a conservative and let them starve or have their cops kill them? There is a reason they move to California over Florida which has similar weather.

Why is mental illness worse in the US. It's a societal issue not a conservative vs liberal issue.

So many smart dumb nikkas on this forum.

Too many black boomers didn’t buy property and leave it to their children, who could leave it to tomorrow’s generation, and so on. Black people need to buy homes and stop buying senseless consumer goods.

I remember going on vacation out there years ago. We stayed around the beaches and just drove to different areas while there. After a few days in LA we drove to Vegas, I actually drove to the Art District on the way out. I was cruising around, peeped all the tints, then I saw a few murals and some street art, then I saw this nikka walking with his dikk out. Bro was pissing and walking simultaneously...

It was at that moment where I turned to my wife and said, yeah we just gonna keep it moving and head on to Vegas now
:mjlol: defsome skid row shyt. Them nikkas r unapologetic on their homelessness and do what they want

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
Republicans don’t have a list of cities to show what they can do to solve this problem. They just attack whatever liberals do. Dumb ass people eat all up without even asking republicans to show them their work in building a city.

Most red counties are rural and country as hell. What could they possibly know about tackling city problems?

Y’all giving credit to a bunch of people with no resumes.

@Secure Da Bag you can’t blame liberalism for this when there’s barely any thriving city in America that’s conservative to begin with.
Blaming liberalism is not accurate, but placing blame on the people actually in charge of the state and city would be accurate, and most of these people in power are Democrats in Cali. So your options are find a better Democrat or vote in someone from another party to induce change.

Right now we have governor whose only solution to the homeless problem is to find ‘housing’ for people who are mentally ill or addicts who do not want to be housed. Newsome is literally trying treat the effect (homelessness) without addressing the cause first (mental illness and addiction) so literally billons of tax payer dollars are being wasted away towards a problem that will only get worse unless we address the actual causes first.

I mentioned this before but here in nyc we have building dedicated to homeless people. Does LA not have this?

I think all cities should understand the right of someone having a place to stay and building apartments for homeless people.

Of course it would be temporary and the homeless person has to work to get back on their feet. Of course the mental ones won’t do it.

Aren't Black people doing really well in Georgia, Texas, and North Carolina? I doubt there's lots of homeless people there.

What does doing very well mean to you?

Atlanta actually does have a lot of homeless people. You can see them on the I-85 and you can also see them on the street when you take the streetcar they have over there by the Ferris Wheel.

Charlotte has a growing homeless tent city right now as we speak and google has many articles on the issue.

Haven’t heard much about Texas tho.

I was in Miami in Jan and surprised bro see so many homeless in the Art Deco area and under the freeway. Here in NY during CV19 you see .homeless camps all around Manhattan. By 34 st, Delancey, and over on the Westside by the Javitz Center where they just built all those luxury condos and a mall with Louis Vuotton, Gucci etc
