Trestman is a hell of a coach, was an OC with the 49ers and Raiders, and both had great years under him, always found it weird that he was in the CFL for so long but I'm quite sure he is the highest paid coach in the league. He's an offensive mind so y'all are putting the emphasis on that side of the ball if you are interviewing him.
