probably devin hester or some shyt. but even last year, when they had b-marsh going ham, and cutler and forte still on the roster, he couldn't get them to do shyt either. couldn't get any offensive scheme to work with cutler in 4 seasons.
mind you trestman come in here and one year later, these nikkas are 2nd in the entire NFL in ppg in year one
we are seeing the kinda offensive output that is UNHEARD of in this city. I mean I been watching these nikkas since the 80's and they ain't lit up the scoreboard like this since the days of mcmahon and sweetness.
But their defense is meh and they are in a dogfight with a Packers team led by Scott Tolzien.
i liked lovie to a certain extent and he was largely a class act throughout here.
however, it was time for him to go. the bears got stale under him and he just could never produce an offense that was worth a damn. dude was bringing in a new offensive coordinator every year it seemed.
he is a good defensive coach BUT the cover 2 is played out in the NFL. good QBs will eat it alive and i got tired of the system, and im saying that with the horrible ass defense we have this season.
with the way the NFL is going now, im happy we opted for an offensive minded head coach now.

lovie smith is a better & more successful coach than jeff fisher.
yet, jeff fisher didnt have any trouble getting a new coaching gig. in fact, he has like a coach/general manager position on top of that. go figure.
We have to rebuild our defense. It was showing signs of decline last year due to injury and age.
This year our starting MLB went out early, Briggs is just now coming back, our probowl DT got hurt and has missed the year, his replacement had a season ending injury, Tillman had what's essentially a season ending injury, and he missed a couple games with some random shyt as well.
Shut the fukk up. You from Philly not Chicago you don't know what you're talking about. Lance Briggs out 6 games, Henry Melton out for season after game 3, Nate Collins after game 5, Tillman gonna end up missing 6+ games. And you know why our backups ain't shyt? Because they drafted to Lovie's scheme.
