What does marquee names have to do with anything?

Fisher & Kidd became full-time coaches with no experience whatsoever. Walton is becoming an interim coach for a few weeks while the real coach rests from back surgery after he's already had stints as an assistant coach in college, the D-League and with the Warriors

Fisher may be a bad example

but Kidd managed a lot of his teams while on court.. kind of like Peyton Manning has done his whole career.. if Peyton Manning retired and become OC for a team the year after, would you have an issue with it ?

Are you serious? Stars get better treatment, duh.

Walton just walked into 2nd in command, Scal did the same thing before he got there. Lue had to grind up for 7 years.

I never said I had an issue with Kidd becoming a coach immediately. Personally I don' car

But it's pointless to complain about Walton becoming an interim coach while having only a couple years of experience when you have guys jumping right into being a full-time head coach with no experience at all like Kidd, Fisher, Mark Jackson and Steve Kerr
