The reason ados/ fba were invented as acronyms in ther first place was because black American/ AA had lost their original meanings. Africans and caribbeans all over the internet, including here, were claiming African American instead of Nigerian American or whatever, ie, "as a first generation AA." :mjtf:

The internet is a good source of how to view a people? If I built a narrative of black women based on what I see on Instagram would that be accurate?

I'm an African American idiot. My passport and birth certificate label me as such. fukk your internet theories.

I'm also a Nigerian.

I'm what you call a duel citizen.

What you don't realize is that your don't control this society, so your opinions are literally meaningless. The fact you don't get that is Dad at this point.

How is he culturally "African"? whatever that means in that context?

Each country in Africa has their own distinct cultural history and norms, although many are similar. Each are different in their own way. Which African culture does he identify with?

You're caught up in trying to shape this with some ADOS nuance, that you're ignoring that Japan is completely absent in all of this. fukk your denotation bullshyt: his line of descent is from Africa; his ancestors are from Africa; he originates from Africa. The only web he has attached to Japan is through some simulated shyt.

You and anyone else who shares your position are too blinded to see the mordancy of the true image of this smart dumb nikka.

:manny:

I understand what you are saying - but he is a descendent of the enslaved. He knows nothing of Africa but his ancestors were sold from there. It appears - what he has learned (or chose to learn about - as it relates to him personally) about Africa is this history and ongoing practice of Slavery.

And just because his ancestors were from there -- that is all he knows of it - since he was cut off from the continent.

I personally feel like he has some resentment that stems from the Slave Trade and West Africa's role.

You can hear it all up in many of his social commentary vlogs.

Can't rock with anybody tryna discard the Black.

AFRICAN American over here.
Dapping this post.

How you a whole rapper whose entire musical sensibilities are informed by your
African Ancestry
and you're talking about you're culturally "Japanese" cause you
like Videogames and Anime.

I got news for Lupe, I've played many JRPG's, watched an obscene amount of Anime and I own
a large collection of Videogames. Some of my Heroes are dudes like Mas Oyama and Gichin Funakoshi or
Hideo Kojima and Shigeru Miyamoto but I also acknowledge that I'm BLACK, so Huey Newton, Martin Luther King,
Miles Davis, Jay-Z et
c. and several others in our history inspire me or influence my thinking.

Can't be king "super duper black culture critic" or whatever talking about you're Japanese Culturally.

shyt gets no points with me a fellow "Nerd".

The "black" influences and culuture(in bold) your referring to and citing here in this post are ADOS not African.:mjlol:

His ancestors were sold from Africa by africans, enslaved, and have lived here for centuries. Developing their own culture separate from African cultures. Into what it is now that he was raised under.

So no try again

But you're the same woman who said she wouldn't move to Africa even if you were paid $50 Million Dollars tax free. :jbhmm:

But you're the same woman who said she can't find ANY safe spaces from black immigrants.:jbhmm:

But you're the same woman who said she fell in love with the child of a latino immigrant. :jbhmm:
