I watched Manning in his prime. He wasn’t doing what Mahomes was doing in the post season. Manning has him in regular season accomplishments, but even then,Mahomes is making head way and just won his 2nd MVP in 6 seasons. At age 27. Already he’s matched Peyton’s ring total while putting up post season records. Just based on post season stats and accomplishments, I don’t see how manning is above Mahomes. Manning has a super bowl win that was carried by his defense. Mahomes in his two Super Bowls was THE guy. Two super bowl MVPs. I just think the post season performance gap between the two is getting wider. You win your conference 3 times in 6 season get two Super Bowl MVPs, and and a two regular season MVPs. I don’t see where Peyton bests Mahomes, except in regular season hardware. Statistically, Mahomes is putting ridiculous post season stats and passer rating.

It's extremely premature to put Mahomes in GOAT conversations rn. Brady had to win 4 rings before he even seriously started getting put in those convos. Top 5 QB of all time isn't a stretch at all though. He's one of the best to ever do it and if he can keep up this current pace when it's all said and done this will be a whole different convo.

Peyton was a top (if not the top) qb in the era with the best talent at the position. Patty’s biggest comp right now is Josh Allen and Joe Burrow

I hate the Superbowl argument because everybody has to do their job for a team to win a SB. Brady pretty much had good-to- great defenses and special team units damn near every year of his career.
