Im not saying otherwise...

But if I am Melo's team, Im thinking-

"no one else in the organization is going to be sacrificing a damn thing (from the coach to the GM to the owner). How can you expect me to accept an exorbitant salary cut when I literally am the only one sacrificing?"

I actually think Melo would be very open to non-max contract to stay in NY. But if you're looking for some hometown deep discount, for what should be his last lucrative contract- you are being delusional

CAA Ran the fukking team to the ground, and Melo was the prime reason for it.

Personally I'd rather let Melo walk for nothing than do a S&T and get garbage back/help accommodate other teams acquiring Melo.

That Houston offer is trash unless they give me Parsons' RFA rights instead of that Matiejunas cat + Asik/Lin.

And why should the Knicks take on Boozer, Dunleavy AND Jameer Nelson's contracts? So Chicago can find a way to add another FA piece and Orlando can get off the hook of Nelson's shytty contract? fukk THAT :pacspit:
