Breh, I promise you when I moved to Detroit from grades 7 through 12 I had ONE white classmate...and I went to big ass public schools. I lived on the west side of Detroit. There wasn't a white person in sight. I used to be on the east side of Detroit all the time with my best friend...only white folks living there was a small Polish community that's been there since before the riots and never left.


It's inconceivable to me that Chicago can be more segregated than Detroit.

Detroit is more segregated but since it is not viewed as having a luxurious east coast style downtown like Chicago in pr is why I believe in press Chicago takes precedent over both Milwaukee and Chicago.
I feel you are right tho. As Detroit and Milwaukee I feel like I never know wtf side you would see white people on there. In chicago if I go to the north side I know that is their zone. Milwaukee and Detroit do not feel like that. They feel like white flight was a success.
I feel like the white areas of those cities are al burbs. Unlike Chicago which has its section they migrated and stopped at.

Every major city is segregated to a degree. Growing up in Miami, I went to all black schools. My schools were like 80-90 percent black and with the rest being hispanics. Which is funny since Miami is known as a diverse city.

I got off on 125th street in Harlem and it wasn't a CAC insight.

The issue is the foot traffic on 25th can be misleading. Everybody shopping over there isn’t from there

Harlem is still mostly black but it’s taken a serious dent the past 10 years and may not be the same in 15 years

Streeterville is one of the wealthiest areas in Chicago. MAGA people can be anywhere, however, all that makes up Streeterville makes it hard to believe.

I've been shifting through data sets for a minute. And came to a conclusion that there's a direct correlation between masters / graduate degrees and being well off.....

I legit went through every well off zipcode in LA. And came across the same findings. Interestingly enough the less affluent zipcodes were only comprised of less than 5% of their population with graduate degrees....

I mean in Streeterville you have 97% white collar to 3.3% blue collar. Yet cats on the coli quick to dismiss higher education in favor of blue collar work.
