Even Dr King said

"Riots are the language of the unheard"

Basically when people feel like their voices are not being heard and they are sick and tired of no change then they resort to rioting or worse. When you crying out for help, plea-ing for change and no one is listening you take more extreme measures.

This is the only way you can convey your message across at times

But the line he said about "the Negro solving his own problems and standing on his own feed" translates into Black entrepreneurs creating businesses and employing their own people.

The current riots and looting have turned a lot of that work to ashes by destroying those very businesses.

Your thoughts?

It's ridiculous how on brand and true the words spoken here are. Holy shyt. He really was the one even more so than MLK. A true black leader.

I actually asked for your thoughts. People can quote Malcolm X and post his comments every day, I was asking you about the actions taken TODAY and how they stifle the concept of "the Negro standing own feet and solving own problems"

you got your answer man, you just didn’t like the answer you got. every question we have on racial matters has long been answered, and by those much more qualified than us.

our problem is we’re always looking to recreate the wheel, and are usually looking to those most unqualified to do it.

today is no different than yesterday. you think more Black businesses were destroyed today than in the riots back in the 60’s?.
