I would just quit. No job is worth breaking down over.

But if you got a family to support. You need to just Man up and do what's needed. I'm pretty sure out ancestors had it much worse than us.

Once people figure out you can quit and be all right, life gets easier.

People are afraid of the unknown more than anything. But that's what Faith is for, because you can't do it all in your own power.

Even though I do feel like we are overworked here in the West or in the U.S specifically

At the same time, I recognize the privilege of being here.

I'm African, and there are many people escaping from my country right now in order to find a better life in the West

and a few of them have died trying because it can be dangerous. They are escaping with the risk of death.

Hell, I'm a 37 year old that still works minimum wage retail because I had to shut my company down a few years ago due to government action

and I'm still positive and grateful for everything.

Hell, I even have friends of mine who are millionaires and they can lift me up out from where I'm at and they dont even wanna do that,

but I'm still positive and grateful for everything.

Perspective is key. The dude in the video doesn't realize that there are millions of people in the world who would love to be in his position,

but he would never trade with their position.

He doesn't realize how good he has it.

I dont want to sound like a a$$hole but many Westerners are just soft and spoiled.

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
At least he gets lunch breaks. :manny:

He applied to work there.

Breh probably makes $15 - $20 an hour.

The goal it to make at least $50,000. At a minimum.

Avoid mid level management positions if possible, but if you must take them, and plan an exit stragegy.

The real money is in upper management if you want to be in that regular employee chain of command.

Otherwise, it’s entrepreneur or computers. If breh doesn’t have a degree, then he needs to figure out what he wants to do. Get a cert/license in something. Plumbing, HVAC. Something.

It’s all relative. It’s how we were raised. Instant gratification. Most people waist their 20’s and by the time they get to their 30’s a sense of urgency kicks in. By the time they’re 35, they’re wondering where the time went.
