2. People with serious health issues are more likely to be hospitalized or die from COVID. He is a part of the population who definitely should be getting the vaccine, even if you think people who are otherwise healthy don’t need it.

3. People who get organ transplants automatically have weakened immune systems, making them more susceptible to sickness. So much that in extreme cases they could die from something as small as a cold

It is obvious why they wouldn’t want to give a heart to someone who doesn’t want to take a simple precaution to make the transplant viable post-op.

Organs are already extremely limited. Why risk it on someone who doesn’t want to do everything possible to make sure it goes well?
