Sometimes I find myself stress eating if I can't hit the gym. Might need to make some lifestyle changes if that's the issue

- Mind over matter
- Find a hobby to get deep into
- Eat when you need to and not want to

Nah I heard the side effects can be crazy like terrible cramps or your stomach is paralyzed and u can't even use the bathroom for dayslike what? i haven't heard of anything major on a large scale (no pun intended) so maybe it was their personal issue

My problem is snacks. I eat about 800-1400 calories a day on pure snacks and it’s hard to cut out. I’ve gotten my actually workouts down pack gotten under 10 minute miles even losing inches on the waist but won’t drop significant weight because of it.
its eating at night that gets you. try to cut that out, get your food in earlier.
try filling up on water at night instead. i find some time in the sauna helps my fight hunger at night. hit the sauna last thing at the gym and then i just feel thirsty after instead of hungry. makes it easier to fill up with just water

I would just change my snacks. Instead of eating snacks with added manufactured sugars I would eat fruit instead which are natural sugars.
