I hope breh ain’t using ice cream for a snackI would just change my snacks. Instead of eating snacks with added manufactured sugars I would eat fruit instead which are natural sugars. Instead of eating ice cream I would try eating sorbet.

Get you some VyvanseI just love to eat.
But having problems with health.
Meals probably aren’t filling enoughMy problem is snacks. I eat about 800-1400 calories a day on pure snacks and it’s hard to cut out. I’ve gotten my actually workouts down pack gotten under 10 minute miles even losing inches on the waist but won’t drop significant weight because of it.
The acclimation period can be hell for most

Ozempic Users Report Stomach Paralysis from Weight Loss Drug: 'So Much Hell'
An investigation found people reporting distressing possible side effects from the popular injectable medicationwww.rollingstone.com
I was referring to the acclamation period as one thing and then the extreme cases in that article as another thus the “more troubling”funny.... you say "for most" but a quote direct from your source "So far, extreme and unrelenting cases like these are believed to be rare, and they may be a result of the drug unmasking or worsening an existing “slow stomach.”
this article is quoting the article i read above as a source, so my i guess that's my response as well.
along with proper physical digestion, people also need to learn how to digest the information they consume. but it's just a suggestion. i guess if you already have a weak stomach, you might not want to take this drug because the most frequent side effects appear to be stomach related. tbh, OP probably can't afford it anyway, i heard it's really expensive even on some insurance policies @Spectre

Drug side effects compared to a new diet and gym plan isn’t a sounds argument.yeah. well the acclamation period on a diet and gym plan seems to be impossible for a lot of people too... but you know what they say. no pain no gains
Drug side effects compared to a new diet and gym plan isn’t comparable.
If you know anyone on it for any reason “a little nausea” is an understatement but carry on.i think the results aren't comparable. they been preaching gym and diet for decades lol. this seems to be more of a shaming issue, but if people are having major health problems, i think it's ok to put up with a little nausea to lose the weight/lower your a1c if you can't get your shyt together otherwise![]()
It’s bad manNikka no![]()
Yeah this is the problem once I eat any sugar I have to over indulge or I’m literally irritable without it. I was able to cut out regular soda/pop but that’s it and I don’t eat ice cream.I would just change my snacks. Instead of eating snacks with added manufactured sugars I would eat fruit instead which are natural sugars. Instead of eating ice cream I would try eating sorbet.
They aren’t but it takes a lot to get me full it’s a meal.Meals probably aren’t filling enough
