Quit stress and comfort eating. Get that part of your life taken care of so food isn't a crutch or coping mechanism. Adjust your serving sizes. Try to exercise and eat healthier as alot of foods with msg in it can trigger addiction. Eat to not be hungry instead of eating to get "full".

I'm the opposite. I hate eating. It's such a chore. I really don't understand people like OP. Being full is a top 5 woat feeling in life to me.

I'm the same way breh, eating is pretty much a chore to me too, that's why I've never been fat and more importantly never had an eating problem.

I don't necessarily 'hate' eating like you said, however there are times I go a while without eating, then I will eat something to simply be healthy, because barely eating isn't good either

but yeah breh, having a low appetite is a priceless chest code

The Other A

Calorie deficit basically.. increased protein. Moderate carbs..

Zero tolerance about snacks and fast food and other shyt.

Everything I eat I'm calculating the calories and figuring out how it's gonna add to the rest of what I eat that day... while maintaining my usual workout routine.

But dropping the calories was the key. After about two weeks of it my abs are getting flatter again slowly but surely :whew:

Cut out sugar ALL together. That’s at least a start. Would bring your blood sugar down significantly. Your insulin levels are probably spiked to high heaven all day long.

I used to get down at social gatherings then have immediate regrets.
I used to be like that when I was younger. Always leaving scraps on the plate. The older I get the better food tastes to me (maybe because I can afford better food now) and I scrape the plate pretty much every meal.

The key for me now is portion control via purchase/cooking quantity control. If you don't have it available to you, you can't eat it.
