Man, I got into a car accident yesterday....

This fukking sucks. So I'm getting onto lake shore drive near soldier field yesterday afternoon with the intent of finishing some last min Xmas shopping.

So here I am on the ramp and it's barely any traffic when WHAM!!!!! Someone smashes my whip from behind. My car does a 360, I manage to not hit anyone, and I sideswipe the wall.

Must not have been too hard, cuz my airbags ain't come out and I wasn't hurt at all. But the cat that hit me was some young African dude. And I get out and say "what the hell are you doing". How do u hit someone going the same direction getting on the expressway??? And dude tried to lie and say it's my fault.

At least his whip was undriveable. My car has both bumpers fukked and something is wrong with my seatbelt a cuz they ain't workin no more. But my car can drive. But at least dude has insurance.

Bad thing is I am basically without a car til Wednesday when I can get a rental while they fix mines. A pain in the ass. His insurance better pay so I can get my deductible back too.

Had that happen to me around this time last year, two black woman tried to get in my lane and side swiped me...and tried to blame it on me lol, I got them for everything breh. They were crying at end of the day...me and my lawyer ate well

If your car has never been wrecked, find out what your car costs to fix, subtract that from 75% of the current blue book value, then hit up dude's insurance for a check for loss of resale value up to a maximum of that number.


I've received an extra payment both times I was hit. Just tell them you were going to be selling the car soon (which was true for me the first time) and the wreck would show up on a carfax, resulting in a lower price.

What he was trying to say and he can correct me if I'm wrong but if your car has never been wrecked you get a check to get your car fixed and then you get another check for the depreciation of value. Because if you try to sell your car down the road, even when it's all fixed they aren't going to give you the full value because it's been recorded that it's been in a wreck. I have done that before and got 2 checks from the other person's insurance company. And believe me, they aren't going to say anything about it if you don't mention it. (In my 2Chain's Voice) 2 Checks!!!!!
