I have only driven thru NJ and thats on the way to new york city, but them immigrants out in NYC are just as bad as the ones here.

not looking good out here for the kid.
the cat that hit me has insurance, but never reported it to his insurance company. that means GEICO can't even get the money from his insurance company. which means I'm gonna have to come out of pocked to pay my $1000 deductable (damage was $5500 total). also in order for me and GEICO to get our money back, they are gonna have to put the lawyers on him to recover the bread by garnishing his check or something
this is some fukkING bullshyt. at least his car is totaled. that fukking african spear-chucker
car should be ready by tomorrow or wednesday tho.

I explained this earlier but:
yeah I did, but the insurance company says that if dude doesn't report the accident to them, then they can't even pay out no matter what. so that means he can't even get his own car fixed which was totaled cuz he broke an axle. I just want my $1000 imma have to pay for the deductable reimbursed. but my insurance rates ain't gonna go up cuz they already know its his fault. even tho they had to pay out the claim to fix my car.
the insurance company will have to go after him for the damages personally since he failed to report the accident. thats the only way either of us can get paid back.

Ahh makes sense. That sucks. Extra hassle for you. Isnt it illegal to not report an accident to your insurance?

Uh, what state do you live in? I don't believe this. If the guy has insurance, and there's an accident report saying he's at fault, the insurance company is legally obligated to take care of it. Period.

yeah, just got my car this morning. there's no way I can get reimbursed for the $1000 I paid for the deductable unless he reports the accident or the insurance company or me come after him court-wise.
that's what I want back. damage ended up being almost $7000 too.

I'm in Illinois, and both GEICO and his insurance company said they can't get the money back til he reports the accident. but he can't get his car fixed either, cuz my insurance company ain't gonna pay for his repair.
its not like GEICO is lying to me about this. They paid like $6000 in repairs for my car and I paid $1000. we both wanna get our money back.
