But I don't think the DS4 has garbage battery life like that (for the most part). I played UC4 for 7-8 hours yesterday and it didn't die(Left it idle a couple of times to go do other stuff and it just cuts off).

Do yall have the controller cut off after a certain amount of (idle)time? that helps as well.

Got a fukking free generic 1TB for buying shyt in bulk on a Digital Monday in the states, plugged it into my XB1 come launch day and ate.
Ain't deleting shyt.
Downloading games/demos/trials, no problem.
Loading on what I can with the Backward compat games out now.
No probs, my Flattop console got an immaculate hairline while these dudes waiting for promised dongles and software support via new updates.
But I'm thankful for this thread 'cause when I do cop that Ps4 before year's end I'd know not to skimp and pick up anything less than a Terra.

Yea i just delete all them psplus games i never play. Them recordings be taking a lot of space too. It's not enough shyt that warrants me to buy a bigger drive. Uncharted like the first game i bought this year.

The PS3 was a far superior system to the PS4 in every aspect, sad to say.

x1 has this problem as well. I blame the sony stans and gamestop not allowing the console makers to go full digital.

you can copy media onto the HDD on the PS3 and watch it offline. try doing that on PS4.

I put a 2TB hard drive in my PS4. It was like $80. Bought a Seagate external and opened it and used that. If you're still rocking the stock hard drive that's on you. Hell even my PS3 has a 1TB in it.

Is that hard to do?

I co-sign this thread x 100000, shyt is ridiculous. I actually like keeping the data of a game I beat every once and a while so that I can go back and explore it with complete freedom. But I can never do that because I have to delete a great game to make room for a new one. And the controller battery life is all time bad

Controller life is garbage. PS3 would last for weeks at time. Gotta charge up the PS4 controllet every few days.

uncharted FINALLY arrived via amazon and I go and put this piff in, and of course I cannot play it cuz my hard drive is full.

I swear that shyt is ALWAYS full. and its only cuz of the games. and if a game is installing 50+GB on my HDD, why do I still need the disc to play it????

after like 5 or 6 games, I gotta go in and delete the damn game off the HDD. why can't I rotate between GTA V, 2k16, MGS V, uncharted collection, R&C, the division, and batman arkham knight with reckless abandon????

and whats even crazier is that even with these massive installs, the games still load at times.

I could understand a 1GB-10GB install for each game. but they are pissing me off with 50-60GB these days

This a no brainer. Eat up to 6TB worth of HDD space. I'm eating with a 4TB HDD, I don't ever have to be concerned with my storage space. Especially with all of these free monthly PSN games.

FYI. The Nyko version is garbage and doesn't work with sleep mode.
