My parents have a prenup and I’m not getting married without one. It’s not even a debate or something I’m open to negotiating on.

Like the other poster said, 70% of divorces are started by women. What if the woman cheats or just gets tired of marriage one day? Why should the man be penalized?

You don't need to get married to start a family. Also you could just draw up your own marriage contract that could be enforced by an arbitrator.

there's nothing wrong with prenups, postnups, marriage contracts, etc. and considering that women initiate the vast majority of divorces, it especially makes sense for men to have a prenuptial agreement.
