like a rich mexican once told me.. its not about how much u make its how u much u self control

but majority of nikkas will not listen because nikkas are concerned wit self image and what others will think of them

i learned about that in where are the customer's yachts
the main thesis is about how much income one is living off from his or her investments (interest and dividends).

:ohhh:

you wanna educate me on how this works? my knowledge on stocking is low

I'm not an expert. Go to the boiler room thread in higher learning they will educate you more. I read about WWE's new network and I got in while the getting was good. They are also shopping around for a new television deal, and live content is valued now more than ever.

went up 74% friday, i wanted to but my funds didnt clear, would have made 12,000

All of my money is tied up in other stocks. I have $30 to spend, I think I'll buy 210 shares.

Cliff Notes:
  • Dude is dyslexic
  • Never earned more than $12 hr
  • Spends his money wisely and later decides to invest.
  • Dude worked in a parking lot at a brokerage firm so he just started conversations with the people worked there
  • He soaked that game and put it to use.
  • His house is 100% paid off
  • Dude has 0 credit card debt
  • Dude has 0 certs
  • Dude has 0 student loan debts.
Lessons I learned.
  • Listen more than you speak.
  • Soak up game and then apply it.
  • Spending money wisely can go a long way. (I don't floss but this reaffirms the decision to be frugal)
  • Taking out loans is for suckers. (Once I pay off my student loans :pacspit: credit unions and shiit.)
  • Never let any disabilities get in your way. (Dude didn't let his dyslexia pigeon hole him.)

:salute:

just fukking stupid

the logic of the coli:russ:

taking out loans you cant afford is stupid

taking out loans for foolish shyt is stupid

but loans is how this country grew

I don't know about you guys but I'd rather be a millionaire in my 20's and 30's then be an old fart in my 70's. What the fukk can you do in your 70's?

having millions without the wisdom of life and self discipline can be financially catastrophic

just to name a few

Bjorn Borg and the Bottle
One of the all-time great tennis players from Sweden became a drug-addict and drugs are probably the easiest way to lose your fortune. Bjorn Borg lost his millions after winning 11 grand slam titles, and now he’s trying to make money selling underwear.

so you just gone buy your home straight cash :lupe:
My goal is to build my home. Buy a plot of land and build my home on top of it.

I know what you're thinking. "That'll cost too much money...you'll need a loan."

I've seen videos of people who used shipping containers to serve as the frame of the house and just customize it. (its way cheaper per square foot). If you are good with tools you can install your own insulation, drywall and flooring. Which brings the cost even further down. People built beutiful houses for around $30K. I have saved $30K (in the past) liquid so it is attainable.

Im not tryna "show" anybody. I said what MY goal was...to each his own.

Also, for your information...the richest woman in America (Oprah Winferey) said herself it is better to buy a home outright (if you can afford to.) She might know a little something about dealing with money.

But, as I always say, to each his own.
