Also, for your information...the richest woman in America (Oprah Winferey) said herself it is better to buy a home outright (if you can afford to.) She might know a little something about dealing with money.

Dope...I actually bought a couple plots of land over there. I plan on Building a structure there eventually. Currently, I just own the land (which already increased in value.)
