Yeah that's one thing I didn't have to deal with. We don't have an official dress code. Technically it's up to leadership if they want to enforce one, but I've never seen anyone do it. It's a complete time and money waster coming into the office with modern technology.
Last time I went in was for a christmas party and I flew back right after, even met with my boss and it was through zoom

A former AT&T director is alleging the company used its return-to-office mandate to systematically push out older managers.
Lorraine Lopez worked at AT&T for roughly 30 years. She earned an "Exceeds" on her most recent performance review. She was 58 when the company terminated her in July 2024 — and she says her age is the reason why.
Lopez had been assigned to AT&T's Bedminster, New Jersey office — one of the company's nine designated "core" locations — and was performing well from that site. Yet in April 2024, she was told to relocate to Atlanta with no reimbursement for moving expenses. She alleges that younger colleagues in comparable roles were allowed to stay in non-core locations, work hybrid arrangements, or transfer to more favorable offices with relocation support. When she declined the move, AT&T declared her "surplus" and ended her employment.
This is not AT&T's first encounter with age discrimination claims. The lawsuit references two prior jury verdicts against the company in federal court in Pennsylvania, as well as several other pending or settled cases raising similar allegations.

This stupid shyt is probably giving me chest pains. I stopped drinking until recently too. This shyt made me start drinking again because of this boring ass, goofy ratrace shyt. I’ve done spent so much fukking money trying to work on my mental health but this is retarded, nothing has worked for my feelings on how stupid this shyt is.
