.
They most certainly can if they have IT pull your computer/network activity and see how much work you’ve gotten done.

I’m still 5 days at home and only pop in for shyt like a new computer or using the office as a pit stop if I’m headed to go do something else. I go in for internal meetings with folks I’m cool with but never do actual work in the office.
I’m usually in there every Wednesday and Thursday, but since I’m in busy season, I’m in that bytch Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday :snoop:

The "task manager/overlord" type of management is demonstratively being shown as pointless/wasteful employment and overall detrimental to workplace culture... they need workers to validate why they have a job.

Pretty much.

These díck eaters will never get that the dream is dead for most people and being at the office gains them nothing. Doesn’t matter how much free pizza and ice cream Wednesdays they have.

I’d go back more often if there was a gym and brothel in the building and that ain’t gonna happen.

And at a time when the economy is in the shítter for most Americans do these cats really think people are pulling up to work all giddy to make money they are barely scraping by with?

These companies are gonna implode when they have to contend with this new era of bítchmade “always make it about me” — “I’m a content creator” Gen Zers

It’s easy to check if someone does their work, remote or not. Give them projects, set deadlines, ask for feedback from others, etc.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
wfh should have been the biggest wealth transfer to those brothers.

You could pick up a second FT WFH job an no one would ever know.

Imagine 2, 80k jobs nd never having to leave your house.
This would be bad for society. Isn’t the coli all about sharing the wealth?

Imagine how hard it would be to find a career cause one dude is hogging 2 or 3 of them? Hall nah.
