That was very biased judging bruh.. it was posted by Ebro and the IG live comments were Jadakiss, Fab, DJ Clue, Angie Martinez, Lil Kim, Fat Joe, etc.. Joe and Russ were ridin Storch heavily... I think Charlamagne, Ebro, Wiz, TI and Slim Thug were the only ones in there verified account wise givin both props.. everyone else was team Storch. Mack Maine obviously was the only 1 team Mannie

I said it in any earlier post but no Beyonce track is losing to anybody in any of these battles if we goin by industry judges. Ain't no way in hell Naughty Girl has a draw with Get ya Roll On

but on another note any DJs in here able to whip up a version of Bling Bling with Turk AND Wayne's verses and a version of Project Chick with BG AND Juvenile's verses? Fukk Tidal, I make my own playlists. They're missing Aaliyah joints in the Swizz/Tim playlist

It's hard for me to judge Beyonce tracks because I always thought her vocal and stage performances overshadow the production

You can drag and drop any producer in there and she'll stand on it

Beyonce has some tough records.. it really showed in the Sean Garrett/Dream and Swizz/Tim battles

The issue here is that this battle truly made no sense matchup wise. It's literally Cash Money vs everything... its literally hood classics vs billboard classics

It was even more evident when Mannie was doing the lead in to 400 Degreez... you had to really have grown up on that album to know what he was doing

Storch will smoke Mannie on an IG live battle... you put those same records live with a crowd.. same order of songs and its going the other way

Timbaland and Neptunes are God tier.. hell Storch is almost there. He has the versatility but does he have any full projects under his belt?

These battles can really go either way on if you pick the right record no matter if you're on the other's level or not. Timbaland is 5x more versatile than Swizz and Swizz was hangin wit him cuz of his showmanship and picking the right records

All this tells me is that people were judging BEATS not based on the BEATS themselves, but who the bigger artists were on those beats. Mannie smoked Scott Storch and all his helpers straight up, especially from those songs selected. Mannie crafted albums top to bottom for an entire label. Storch added on to everybody else’s stuff, and a lot of the stuff he produced (especially throughout the 2000s) is stuff you’re really not even tryin to listen to present day.

Timbaland was trippin in that Swizz battle. He has "Raise Up", "Roll Out", " Ugly" and even beats that weren't exactly hit songs, but were mixtape/freestyle favorites like Beanie Sigel's "In Da Club" and Pastor Troy's "Are We Cuttin'" or even a Down South joint like Luda's "Phat Rabbit". He shouldn't have touched the Aaliyah songs until Swizz went to the R&B songs.
