Most white folks i knew didn't really vibe with Mannie like that. And i'm quite sure the rest of the globe was like that... this thread being a testament to that.
For me, that's been the case since high school when white dudes were primarily only listening to Rawkus-related material, Eminem, or whatever was underground.
Cash Money was for strictly urban people.
This is South Seattle circa 1998-99 where it was quite diverse (30 percent black, 30 asian, 30 white... the rest miscellanous).
Personally, was never a huge Storch fan but credit given where due.
None of his shiit is going in my whip or ipod, that's for damn sure.
