Cuban is a Russian Jew from Pittsburgh
You already know he's on that

shyt.
Probably thinks AB and LeVeon were team cancers while Big Ben is a stand up guy

.
Truth is that Cubes probably overestimates the redneckery of Dallas. This ain't Miami or Atlanta, but it's not West Virginia either. Dude would draft nothing but white American players but there's just not enough of them to go around. If he was 100% on trying to get Dallas-proper fans, the team would have way more brehs. He's trying to appeal to the surrounding 'burbs and get those Southlake and White Settlement (yes that's an actual nearby city) fans to show up at the AAC.
He wants to turn the National Basketball Association into the Nikkas Been Axed.
But..............I'll say this.........
Dallas is a good city for middle class blacks, but doesn't have the concentration of rich bougie blacks that you see on the coasts. Cubes has always struggled to get top-flight brehs to play here. You go to Miami, Chicago, DC, NYC etc., you can find a bunch of rich blacks with nightlife, shopping, residential areas etc., that cater to them. Dallas' upper class life is driven by old-money local Jews and Presbyterian WASPs in Highland Park. A big-time black athlete that's not a Cowboy might feel out of place when the Mavs are firmly the #2 team (at best) in town and he's either gonna get mobbed by fans or get the

when he tries to get his membership at Dallas Country Club. Plus, most (good) football players come from the South/Mid-West and went to college in

towns. They're used to the

from MAGA cacs but also pulling Becky's on the side (I see you Zeke and Dak). Black basketball players aren't used to good ol' boy shyt so they try to stay as far away as possible. Plus, cities like NYC and LA simply have more shyt that's exclusive to the rich to get away from the masses. Other cities have lots of stuff for everyone and less exclusivity. Zeke and Dak will go partying in Uptown Dallas. You would never catch a top flight NBA baller fukking around with some lame azz SMU broad off Cedar Springs at midnight unless he was desperate.
