I had an Achilles injury some years back. Couldn't walk for a couple weeks (like couldn't stand up at all). I even posted about it on here and I think I asked @DropTopDoc for help.

After a week I was able to get some crutches and hop around on that. I let it heal naturally.

Glad I did. :picard:

You went right away to get it fixed and they adjusted it from a pointed toe to a 90° ever so often?

One of the dudes was in therapy said his popped again when he did it Naturally.

Good luck breh

It's been 3 almost 4 years now so I think I'm good.

Only time I feel anything there is when I don't work out. If I take too long of a break from working out, it bothers me. As long as I workout, it feels strong and I don't have any issues.

Do you hoop or do any strenuous activities that put pressure or excess stress on it?

That's why I stopped playing ball, jumping rope, sprinting or doing anything that requires fast movements. I jog at like 4.5 mph or walk for cardio.

You've never seen a man be so helpless until they tear their achilleas.
I quit hooping after 15 years
Not worth it anymore

I dont want acl or achilleas tear
