Stafford > cutler :manny:

I'd rather the opposite breh. Cutler doesn't have bad mechanics, Stafford does. He abuses his physical gifts more than Cutler does in the form of throwing off of the back foot, sidearms, etc. People underestimate the difference with throwing the ball two different types of ways when he throws it sidearm vs regular with how the ball hits your hand, the spin on it, things like that when WRs and TEs are worried about catching the ball and protecting themselves, they also have to be mindful of how the ball is coming into your grasp. fukk that.

If healthy Cutler wins and I can't complain about that. I'll take the wins over the individual numbers. I like Mckown but if Cutler is healthy then I want him starting.

Damn. Jeff Garcia got a little worked up over the non-switch today on NFL AM. He though McCoun should be the guy and Jay relies on his arm too much. Not reading the game well. He may be right.

This is evident to anyone that watches him play. If not harnessed, it manifests itself in very bad habits.

as much as you want to tie a qb to yall record, your defense is the one that influences the record far more than your offense does.
yall lost all games with mccown in which D gave up 400+ yards...you lose those games no matter whos your qb (well aside from someone like brady/peyton/brees/arod)
your defense gave up 200+ yards rushing in those games

your defense is dead last against the run. your team is 3-5 when d gives up over 140 rush yards
Shady Mccoy will feast

there's really no right decision. either go with the dude that's hot as hell, or go with the cat you think is the future of the franchise......if cutler plays bad, him and trestman will get killed in the media. if mccown started and played bad, they'd be like why didn't you start cutler.

hopefully jay is truly 100% this time, unlike last time when he was gimpy as hell on the field.

Truthfully, this is the right answer and I know he is seconding guessing himself, meaning Trestman. However, from the product on the field, it looks like McCown had better command of the offense than Cutler. Number bare out that opinion. I was listening to Ron Jaworski today and even he said he would have stayed with McCown.

personally, I think the bears know they ain't winning a superbowl this year and wanna see cutler play these last 3 games in order to help them decide what to do regarding his contract after the season ends.

new coach, new system

this shyt isnt hard to understand.

you simple thinking armchair coaches/gm's think these decisions are as easy/simple as 1,2,3 but they are not.
