If you're a fan of Entourage or a fan of Yahya then you'll love this show. Yahya is a good actor and Ben Kingsley is funny.

If you wanted to see a live-action comic book, then you'll be disappointed.

One action scene over eight episodes, he wears his costume once on a movie set. No special effects spectacle; he does not light up.

Imo, It's another superhero show written by and for people who don't actually like the genre.

Another thing…this show’s writing & pacing was great. I didn’t know how it would unfold but once it took a step forward it made sense. All the way up to the end I thought it was going to go one way but it made sense that it went how it did instead

I felt the exact opposite. The emotional story basically unfolded exactly like the dialogue in the audition sides.

This was kinda like Pineapple Express era Rogen/Apatow. Just a random quirky side characters and adventures anchored by the chemistry of the leads.

The DoDC dude started and ended the exact same and we learned nothing new about him.

it was nice to get a new character introduced in their own world but I’d put this barely above Ms Marvel just because it actually ended strong. But as engagement it’s far below WandaVision or even Agatha All Along.
