what series and movies do I need to watch to catch up?

Watch all the TV and definitely see Shang Chi. Of you want to get faniliar with the new Black Widow I would also watch that she will be a major character going forward. You can skip Eternals, read a synopsis or something. lol

Basically breh, treat everything post end game as a new era. A new beginning. Story arcs for pre end game characters will be closed in the coming years and new characters will be introduced with new story arcs. It's as simple as that.

All of the TV shows are a go.. though I didn't watch What If? I would watch Black Widow before Falcon & The Winter Soldier. Shang Chi is a go.

And I won't be watching Eternals until tomorrow

Actually, see Eternals to. Has some dope cosmic developments and the action is dope in it. Nowhere near as offensive as the media is presenting it.
