Ben was my favorite here, really liked his character and hope things work out for him and Natasha.

Overall I thought the movie was okay. I liked the science fiction, the aesthetic, the family aspect, the effects.

Didn't prefer how muted the characters seemed (beyond Sue). Mr. Fantastic was so dull here, didn't seem to show much emotional range considering his kid was about to be snatched out of his wife's womb.

Didn't care about Johnny, the womanizing aspect might have been toned down too much and it made him stand out less. Like plenty of Marvel films there were jokes that didn't land, none of them did for me but that's fine.

In comparison, The Incredibles struck the perfect tone in all aspects.

I gave it a 6, but I'm feeling closer to a 5.5. I'm willing to watch the next one.

Honestly they dropped the ball not having RDJ in the movie, if he is Doom and was already announced as Doom why only have him appear in the post credit and all we see is his hood, 2 seconds shot of him in the trailers would had easily meant a big bump at the box office.

BECAUSE RDJ WASNT DOOM
WHEN THEY WROTE AND BEGAN
FILMING THE MOVIE....

THEY THREW A LAZY MID CREDIT SCENE
IN THERE TO CONNECT THEM TO
THE NEXT AVENGERS MOVIE

Mediocre movie

I think in the MCU, Franklin should be an x-man member. He’s too powerful and needs to be monitored by Prof X.

I'm kinda lost here. Is this the same universe that The Avengers takes place in? The level of technology seems weird compared to what I've seen in those films? Do they explain that or no?

This wasn't anywhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be. It was enjoyable

I didn't like Johnny talk-no-jutsuing the Silver Surfer and the way it was done though

For an MCU film it's very average. There's not that much action in it either. It kind of establishes the dynamics of the family and their interactions and doesn't really do much to develop them as characters. They're the same people at the beginning and end of the movie and not much really happens.

I'm not mad I watched it but would be disappointed if I took the time to see this in a theater or even paid money for it. It's a perfect Disney+ movie.

i'll take it, i'd say this is just laying down the ground work for when one of them dies at the hands of those damn mutants or likely captain marvel

Did you miss the beginning of the movie? It says that they are in "Earth 828" at the start.

They are in an alternate universe (and one where they're the only superheroes).

They really gonna let a pregnant woman mix it up with super villains?
Sue Storm is pretty powerful. So she's very formidable, even pregnant.
