I really hope they fix the side quests to give them more depth and feel meaningful throughout the campaign. I also hope they scale the combat better.

Its funny, spider-man feels like the first time theres been an actual recast in a video game. Voice actors get changed all the time and face models change all the time due to technology but this feels like the first time we can tell that an actor has been replaced.

She's gained a lot of popularity and ticks off the same boxes Freya did for the GoW franchise as the bad ass female companion

They’d be dropping the ball not going with someone like Silk instead. Them following spider-verse does the insomniac universe a disservice, they are trying to make it their own thing.

Not only that but silk has unique powers, Gwen doesn’t really do anything that different gameplay wise.

I think they’ll be just fine with whatever route they take. One thing I have zero concerns with is how they’ll tell the story.

Some people were good with it just being Peter. I’ll be good with whoever they add bc they gon make it their own iteration anyway.
