the upgraded magnetic shield Tony made for Steve but was never used in the movie would be perfect for Sam to have he wouldn't need Cap's super strength throw the shield hard enough dish out damage and he could control it pull back to him when he is in mid flight and could do more crazy ricochet shield throw like from the comics

No just going off the reality that when it was revealed what....... 12 weeks ago that he’s basically Cap. There wasn’t no backlash or anger then and since. Even weeks later when it was announced there will be a Falcon and Bucky movie and he gonna be Cap.

If cats in 2020 now all of a sudden put up a fuss. Then I equate that to “fake outrage” as they had ample time.
