That sand was imported and that "landform" was most certainly "formed" by men and tax dollars. If not it would look as much like a beach as the river walk .

You right though, them sharks and shyt will have you missing a limb or a life. Not much better than the flesh eating bacteria warnings in the Lake that keeps that mofo closed to swimmers 65% of the summer months.

Yeah. Across the street from the museum of science and industry
shyt... they built 2 new beaches. 31st st and 43rd

31st and 43rd aren't new beaches. they have been there. 43rd street is my favorite way to walk to the beach. you can park right there on 43rd and oakenwald for free and then theres a ped-bridge that goes right to the beach. most people don't access it there cuz they use 39th street or 47th street instead.
