All you're pointing out is that Curry also averaged more points per game in last year's finals than any of LeBrons 4yrs in Miami. You're proving my point. KD's fit within Golden States system was so much more seemless than the Big3. Thus neither KD nor Steph had to sacrifice much in the way of individual stats and production. The ONE year we saw Wade be allowed control of the offense and play to the level of prime Wade, we saw LeBron individual numbers suffer and we saw how bewildered he was with playing off the ball and not being able to control fee offense, and thus changes were made to the system. Wade's "struggle 20's" after 2011 is what made the system work and is what propelled LeBron to where he is. Wade 2yrs after 2014 and 2yrs older was averaging another "struggle 20" on the 2016 Heat and led them within one game of the ECF. Yet I'm to believe the reason why his individual stats dipped in 2012, was because he was too old? He had 40 against the pacers that year in the playoffs. Plus his defense and the collective defense of Miami on James Harden is a huge part of why Miami won in 2012. I don't know if you forgot, but Harden stuggled off the bench in those finals..
He averaged 29, 10, 7, 2 steals in 47% shooting in 2012
He averaged 29.7 points in 2016 a negligible difference
Which is close to what Curry produced in last year's finals.
Compare putting up 28, 8 and 9 on 40% 3 point shooting to Wade scoring 19-5-4 brehs
Hell Kyrie averaged 29 in last year's finals and 27 before that. But DWade and Bosh struggle 20's was saving LeBron
Now that that's over, tell us why Durant couldn't win with 2 all stars and a 3 time defensive e first teamer in Ibaka.
Why couldn't Durant put his team over the jump when Russ outplayed Wade and Body was hobbled in 2012![]()
On the flipside, why did the thunder get progressively worse even with two all stars playing alongside KD?

"This offensive gap is a bit misleading, however, and his absence shouldn’t derail a championship run by Golden State, though it does make it much more difficult."
KD even before winning his ring in golden state was always regarded as the heir apparent to LeBron. While curry's game is the cog that makes the Golden State offense work, KD is the best individual player on the team and his presence took GS to that unbeatable level. Y'all said it yourselves, he joined the team he was up 3-1 on. And that team in turn got beat by cleveland. If they were so beatable and all it took was a career playoff run from Kylie and LeBron to bear them, than why should KD's value to GS be diminished?

He was a game away from beating that 73-9 team, he joins them and then beats the same Cavs ream that beat GS the year prior. No harm no foul.

You keep comparing Wade's production and stats to Curry's, but have yet to compare 2017 Finals MVP Kevin Durant production and stats to LeBrons production and stats in his 4 finals appearances in Miami. Why is that?

We gonna act like Miami didn't need Wade's struggle 20. Or his struggle 40 Against Indy. Or his struggle 30 against SA in game 4.
Both teams were superteams. KD just did it with a team that was the perfect fit for what they needed.

Golden State is a Super-er team if that's what you whiners/bron stans wanna hear.
