In my opinion he is not, but I don't begrudge him for thinking he is, it's a comptitive mindset that I belive everyone from a burger flipper to the president of a country should have.

However, I know all bout what that brother went through, and the scrutiny he endured. I have lived in various countries and let me tell you, TODAY Ali got massive respect from all of them. I am not talking about the "public opinion" in regards to white America, but rather the masses in the World.

Ali also arguably lost fights against Jimmy Young and the third fight with Ken Norton as well as close fights against some completely average heavyweights of the time period.

Do I think he's the greatest? No. I don't think he's better than Muhammad Ali or Sugar Ray Robinson. Hell, I don't even rank him above Sugar Ray Leonard.
