hate to break it to ya but the HATTON AURA WAS BROKEN WHEN he "beat" luis collazo at 147 ...

the only aura he had left was at 140 but at 147 hatton was garbage... we saw collazo beat him...

he "beat" him then went right back to 140 twice before floyd... then came up to 147

JMM is very educated offensive fighter, he is great at finding and maintaing distance and control that distance by keeping his left foot outside of his opponents right, keeping them in direct target of his onslaught, plus his precision on his punches coupled with having some of the most beautiful combos's ever thrown makes JMM no walk in the park for no one, he was even able to catch Floyd with at least 5 flush Overhand rights in the fight and Floyd rarely gets hit flush once............This is what I mean by people don't know shyt about boxing

JMM is a very very good fighter, great even, but I wouldnt call him one of the best offensive fighters of all time. Thats just not JMM. He's a very good fighter in that regard, but there are those who are simply better in my view.

Hatton just wasn't a great boxer at all, but at 140 could overwhelm a lot of his opponents, something I do give him a lot of credit for, he was a beast at one time

because hatton did a good job of making ppl discredit that fight with the previous fights before it...he ko'ed an aged castillo who was struggling with weight issues...he faded against urango round 9-12 and was clinching like john ruiz and wrestling and shyt to avoid getting ko'ed..and he got a gift against collazo who outboxed him

Half of his chin issue's was conditioning problems, latter in his career, he never had those issues early on, he's around 160 these days, if he return's I think we will see the old Hatton, hopefully he doesn't rush into the top level fighters though
