Definitely. It's imperative to maintain a cool head.
But no one knows when someone else is on the edge or about to snap.
You can control your emotions, actions and reactions, not control or expect control out of anyone else's.
You cant continue poking and proding mfs expecting that they have reasonable conflict resolution skills.
There's been bullys forever! Before this internet shyt. Before guns. Whether it's someone smaller than someone, younger, fatter. Uglier.
At what point did mfs think "ok this mf ain't gonna do nothing 'Hey, @Wildin you a ugly mf!'"
Wildin ""
Them: oh my Godwhy did he do that? What's wrong with him? He's just supposed to sit there and take it, it's just words!

Some people are gonna snap regardless and unfortunately, someone is gonna be a target. Unfortunately, the manager became that. In no way is the killer right. She had options in terms of how to go about managing her mental health so she didnt end up in a situation like this. Getting bullied throughout life isnt an excuse. Eventually somebody has to learn how to deal with that shyt because they find out that THATS LIFE. Shes gonna learn that lesson with a long time prison sentence where more than likely, shes gonna get bullied there too. Prison is full of bullies so she done sent herself to hell thinking she was fighting back. We are ultimately responsible for how we choose to deal with what the world gives us. Theres people who let one person who bullied them at 7 control their entire life for 20 years. They rob themselves of their best years, their happiness and etc over the past and eventually it eats them alive.
they let that person live in their head. True confidence stops that from happening. She needed to learn how to love herself because she ruined her life from not having enough self love
